today// yesterday, yinhui and i went to hunt for our prom dresses. for seven hours.
to no avail.
okay im the fussypuss here and i couldnt find anything i wanted, but yinhui got hers. it is a.. short dress. really short. well, short to me.

I WASTED A DAMN SEVEN HOURS BUYING NOTHING.
no nothing. >:(
not happy.
as usual, i only ended up spending on food.

i want to write into the Head of Fashion (if there is one) or Head of Designers (if there is also this) for being EXTREMELY BIAS TO PEOPLE WHO WANT LONG DRESSES.
either they are
1. gaudy (think extreme embellishments, sequins and beads at the bust area V_V)
2. expensive (thousands of dollars, arghzxzxz)
3. not my type.

i want a long dark coloured dress with a fishtail though the chances of getting that is really really small. maybe 1%. okay, 3%.

anyway we went around town, walked the entire stretch from far east to hotel rendevous, and then back again. so our feet are really really sore. okay im lying. we didnt walk back, we bused back. but still, my toes are extremely painful. :(

1. i was browsing in the shop walking around while yinhui went to try some dress. the shop woman looked really grumpy and all, frowning and frumping about. so i stayed out of her way as much as possible. then suddenly after at least 5 minutes of awkward silence, she walked towards me and said "this song nice right?" before proceeding to be closer to her stereo.

2. this saleslady came up to us and said "whats your budget?"
yh: oh about, $100, around there *flutters eyelids* okay kidding.
saleslady: oh... thats difficult... *leads us to a rack filled with crap* this one, 50% off. er, can give you student price too la.
but the i-dont-know-what-to-say-about-the-clothes were not exactly nice at all.

3. this is hilarious. we were outside centrepoint and there was a woman giving out poppies in the direction opposite to where we were going. but wanting those poppies, we decided to walk backwards a little before walking forward to the woman giving out them. well, no one wanted her smelly poppies though she was stretching out her hands to give passersby one. but when yinhui was right in front of her, the poppy woman turned to some other person to give him//her a poppy but as i said, no one took it. then yinhui asked if she could have a poppy and the woman completely ignored yh HAHAHA okay it was really funny then.
actually i think i talk to much. in simpler words, no one wanted the poppies except yinhui, and the woman offered those poppies to everyone except yinhui. oh what fate~~

4. i just read my mlg email and according to the discipline mistress, someone stole a bunny in school. WE HAVE BUNNIES IN SCHOOL? oh yeah i remember, but i thought it was just one bunny. the whole email kinda cracked me up, about how the bunny would die without its mother's milk etc etc, all typed from most probably, the dm. oh man, is that compassion i sense? im really not insinuating anything here. i have overdone that for my ss homework.

i dont know why i am numbering my points. :/

its 234am hahah what a lovely number. i still have a gazillion papers to do which i would probably not be able to complete and i cant find a prom dress (!!! bu gan xin x1000000) and my legs hurt alot.

i think today, shopping for a prom dress is my second most hated thing, right after the dreadful 2.4km run.

my phone bill came and it said i have sent 1483 smses last month. not something i should be proud of :/
