yesterday i went out with silvana to meet our tuition teacher to take photos. before that we ate at The Burger Shack and i think the burger i ate - BBQ pulled pork - was delicious. i like burgers without those patties made from minced meat.

after that silvana and i walked around orchard before i met jerlene in borders. jerlene bought 2 books, she wanted to buy 3 actually, but decided to go kino instead to check the price. so we went to kino at taka, and realised all the books are actually cheaper. so we decided to buy the 2 books and walk back to borders to get a refund, even though jerlene was being lazy. but to save $4.40, espescially when we have time, is all worth it. hehe.

then we went to heeren to see if i could use my heeren card but we didnt get anything in the end.
then we went to 313, and we ate delicious spongy cold waffles. i chose the choco mocha while jerlene chose the green tea flavour. both were nice, but mine was nicer. :)

today i met tania on bus14 to go 313(again). it was raining and we were the earliest. to kill time, we went to orchard central. most of the shops were closed, so we decided to do the most stupid things.
we took the glass lift from b2 to the highest floor, which is 11 i think. and we laid on the lift floor, and looked up as if we were in the glass elevator in Charlie and the Chocolate factory. and we pretended we were going to shoot up into the sky. and then we did that when the lift was going down too, and pretended we were free falling, though obviously the lift was much slower.
when we reached the basement, there was this guy waiting for the lift too, and when we saw him, we immediately sat up. when he went into the lift, we saw him looking up probably thinking what we were looking at. hee hee.

having more time to spare, we pretended we were in another country and took pictures with the cool interior of the basement. we pretended we were in greece and washed our hands with the "sacred" water pouring out of big jars, in an acid jazz bar with those electrik blue lights, and windows with balconies with plants ~_~

finally the rest came, we ate waffle (again) and went skate park. it was drizzling, it was slippery.
we went annalakshmi afterwards for lunch. then we decided where to go and we went back to town. they wanted to watch a movie//play pool but we ended up sitting around in cathay.
