I think its really strange that it is possible for your brain to control your whole system. I think thinking so much of a certain friendship problem beyond my control has induced too much pain and negativity and made me overly tired, frustrated and exasperated that my whole body just shuts down. Which explains how i woke up at 6am yesterday to a totally random fever, nausea and reallllly bad migraine which lasted the whole damn day. And it was so bad i couldnt walk a few metres without feeling giddy and collapsing. Finally managed to see the doctor at night and he told me its probably triggered by 'stressful situations' and im like no shitttt.
Got medication and feel better after an about 40 hour rest.

and now there seems to be another friendship problem brewing, as if the first one isnt enough.
