every time a strand of red hair falls, i feel a little heartache because there goes part of my $ into highlighting my hair.

i received the confirmation letter that i got into NTU biz school today! Praise the Lord, i finally feel much more assured that i have a place to study in Singapore now :) could be moping that i probably didnt get accepted into smu because some of the others in my group interview have their status as "accepted" already but oh wells, im super relieved i have a school to go.

last night, yingli and i went to marina bay area to catch iLights before it ends on sunday. It was... a little disappointing. I expected more oomph and definitely more displays, but the displays were very sparse and scattered. walked a great deal in our painful shoes and ended up treating them as slippers. freaked out when i realised i havent asked my teacher for my scholarship reference letter halfway, which is completely last minute. ok the whole referee thing was unpleasant so i shall not dwell on it.

felt like some lesbian couple while walking along the floating platform/ helix bridge/ marina bay sands because every one else, except for 2 guys we saw hiding in some corner, was with someone else of the opposite sex. there were like 3 couples taking wedding photos// having some photoshoot. sighpies anyway marina bay sands is such a lovely place for an evening stroll, with the sea breeze, laser lights, bubbles machine, it makes me feel like "hey this IS life".
