Being stuck here for another two and a half years is kinda... frustrating, stifling. It feels ironic to be working in a place where human touch seems to be of high emphasis, but people work like cold selfish robots. The constant comparison of who is doing more// why must i do this// why me is driving me crazy. My policy: if you're unhappy and you're unbonded, just quit the damn job and stop feeding poison to the rest. I really dont get people at times, and hopefully i'll find some answers in the next few years. Maybe. Lol.
